Abee crêpes has a great selection of both savory and sweet options. They also have gluten-free for a small up charge. They will also offer sour cream on any of your crapes. Most people will find one crêpe is plenty filling, and maybe even some as leftovers. Keep in mind if you order a crêpe with jalapeños, they will be the raw kind that are spicier than pickled jalapeños. They also have a cool competition where if you can eat 5 pounds of crapes each with two people, you win the challenge and get half price of crapes for the rest of your life. 354 people have failed, and only three groups have one ever. You have to do it all within one hour.
Our Bellingham adventure started today. The midpoint of our orientation in downtown landed us at AB Crepes. We had the Northwest Sammie and Harvest Moon with the Canary for dessert. A feast to remember, fresh, delicious, helpful staff, worth another trip.
I have to say the strawberry shortcake crepe was the best crepe I've ever had! Just the right amount of sweetness

AB Crepes is one of my favourite indulgent spots here in Bellingham, there crepes are just the perfect way to treat yourself. I'm extremely partial to their sweet crepes, especially the Wake N' Crepe, but their savoury menu is also yummy. If your worried your overpaying for a little stack of crepes like some other places serve, these crepes fill your plate and are nice and thick, I'm pretty much always full after one. There isn't a huge amount of seating (may not be ideal for a large group), but the atmosphere is fun and the staff are almost always bubbly and friendly too, highly recommend giving them a try.
They have a wide selection of crepes and you’re able to customize it to make it vegan. Staff was friendly, patient and helpful.
I highly recommend calling in a quick order on busy evenings. We love this spot for a quick late night eats. My favorite is the Razz dream. Everything is delicious and everyone is friendly!
Very tasty ! I tried the banana cream pie and it was amazing. I can't wait to try the other crepes on the menu.
The food is awesome I love to get the garlic chicken pesto crepe and then a sweet one the service is fast and everyone is nice
One of the Bellingham classics. AB crepes has a tone of amazing options on both the sweet and savory. Our go to favorite is the southwestern for savory and the razz dream for the sweat. The southwestern feels fresh, a bit spicy, and savory while the raz is sweet and creamy. The prices are pretty fair hovering around $13 for most of the sweet ones. One of the first things you will probably notice is the challenge which so far has claimed almost 400 victims and only around 6 winners. If you can finish 10ib of crepes between you and a friend in an hour you get 1/2 off crepes for life and your money back. If you can't, it's $60 + $20 damage deposit. The service is great and quick as well. They are pretty good with substitutions so we always get it with no beans and extra avocado instead which they are good with. The atmosphere of the place changes every time we go there. It goes from having murals, to paintings, to plants, etc. either way it always is nice and fitting.
